The Stabond solvent-based contact cements have been used in the RV industry for decades. Contact cements are applied to both surfaces and create an instantaneous bond upon contact.
They are best applied with spay equipment. There is no adjustment of the parts once they touch.
These products contain solvents and are flammable, and require equipment and high skill level.
Works on close fitting parts, parts must be rolled or pressed together for best adhesion
Covers about 90 square feet of bonded surface per gallon. Packaged in 1-gallon cans and 5-gallon pails.

3M 5200 Marine Sealant
Sikaflex products are 1-part moisture curing urethanes. These high perfomance adhesive/sealants do not dry out, crack, or shrink like traditional solvent based caulking. They have a low luster finish when cured. Available in either black, white or both as noted. 6-8 hour skin over time and 7-day full cure.
The products come packaged in a standard 300 ml tube.They are relatively thick and a 12:1 ratio commecial caulking gun or battery/pneumatic caulking gun is recommended. Limited shelf life, no return on these products.
